IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:                 Jordan’s Principle Service Navigator

Job Summary: The Jordan’s Principle Data Clerk functions as a member of an interdisciplinary Jordan’s Principle team.  The Data Clerk will be responsible for entering data into the Jordan Principle database software and assisting with other clerical duties for Jordan Principle.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Post Secondary Diploma in related field preferred or Minimum two years’ experience in Administrative Training;
  • First Aide/CPR or willing to upgrade or take training;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Windows, Word, and Excel);
  • Must be willing to take the training that will be provided for this specific software;
  • Excellent written and organizational skills;
  • Experience working independently and with minimal supervision;
  • Must adhere to FRCN Policies & Procedures, including the Illegal Drug By-law, etc;
  • Applicants are required to submit their Criminal Records Check, an Adult Abuse Registry check and a Child Abuse Registry Check with Resume.

Duties:

  • Input and update client information, invoices, expenses, and service requests into specific databases;
  • Compile, sort, and prepare source data for entry;
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies;
  • Identify and resolve data deficiencies, returning incomplete documents as needed;
  • Purge files to eliminate duplicates and maintain data integrity;
  • Maintain confidential electronic and physical filing systems;
  • Generate reports from the database as requested by Director/Supervisor;
  • Protect confidentiality of all program documents and client information;
  • Assist in identifying and tracking data issues.
