The Project Manager will manage the planning, resourcing, scheduling and administration of projects to deliver them on time and within budget.
Job Duties
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- The Project Manager will report to the General Manager
Qualifications
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Degree in Business or 3 years’ experience in related field
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
- Familiarity with software, project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Advanced analytical and time management skills
- Budget management experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and work well under pressure
- Management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent punctuality and work ethic
- Able to lead and motivate others
Work Conditions
- May be required to work alone, in office or on site
- Fast paced and may require working extended hours or weekends to meet deadlines
- Must be physically capable of working in extreme elements and able to lift 50 lbs
