- Customers can sign up online to view their account balance and bill due date
- Pay in person at your bank or credit union
- Online banking through your financial institution
- Pre-authorized payments Pre-authorized Payment Plan
If a customer chooses not to register online, our automated system provides account balances and due dates by calling 1-888-MB HYDRO (1-888-624-9376). They will need their 14 digit account number to access their account information.
Customers continue to be responsible for making payments on time during a postal strike to avoid delays, missed payments and late payment charges.
